Thomas Fränkler has been working in software projects for over 10 years, including in leadership roles in the medical device sector.

Since 2015, he has been significantly involved in the development of ventilation systems for intensive care at Drägerwerk AG. His main focus lies in translating regulatory requirements (MDR, FDA) into software development processes and leading large cross-functional development teams in dynamic and constantly evolving environments.

In recent years, he has specialized in building multiple international supplier teams under agile framework agreements, managing complexity and fostering collaboration across organizational and geographic boundaries.

Since 2020, he has also been working independently as a trainer and consultant through his company agile4you, supporting organizations in various domains on their agile journey.

He is the author of the book: „Agile Project Management – Eliminate Waste and Lead Your Projects to Success“

This book is, together with his deep expertise in software development, a strong emphasis on Clean Code principles and Test-Driven Development (TDD), reflects the core of his professional mindset.
