Prof. Dr. sc. hum. Folker Spitzenberger, Dipl.-Chem. M.D.R.A.

Born in 1970, Folker Spitzenberger holds a degree in Chemistry and earned his Dr. sc. hum. in Molecular Biology at the Institute of Pharmacology, University of Heidelberg.

Following postdoctoral research at the Medical Faculty of the University of Dresden and Yale University, he worked from 2002 to 2016 in quality assurance system assessment and implementation for medical devices at ZLG, the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), and the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS). With an additional qualification as Master of Drug Regulatory Affairs, he advises international organizations such as WHO and the EU in QM/QS and regulatory affairs.
