Dr. Erika Schüttfort, Transformation Consultant

Erika Schüttfort has a Master in Engineering Physics and a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Cambridge. She has worked within the MedTech industry for over a decade and as self-employed heading up Vorsa since 2022.

She supports businesses through organizational changes, from strategy process & formulation to leadership and agile organizations for execution. Her main area of focus lies in the MedTech sector where she can leverage her extensive experience and real passion for the products and their opportunities to help patients and users.
