He also provides support in all areas related to ensuring the <strong>sterile and hygienic state<\/strong> of a medical device, including <strong>sterilization validation<\/strong>, <strong>final cleaning<\/strong>, and <strong>packaging validation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As a trainer, Lars Dahms conducts seminars on <strong>biological safety<\/strong> and <strong>sterilization<\/strong> for medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, regulatory authorities, and <strong>notified bodies<\/strong>, through organizations such as the <strong>qtec Academy<\/strong>, <strong>T\u00dcV Rheinland<\/strong>, and the <strong>DIN Academy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What matters most to him as a speaker:<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>\u201cAs regulatory requirements increase, so does the need for high-quality training.
